摘要
以轻武器寿命试验中无故障射弹发数为研究对象,采用直方图法针对几种寿命分布进行统计分析,得出威布尔分布精确度比较高的结论,同种轻武器在不同研制阶段的轻武器的形状参数相同,不同轻武器的形状参数不同。并研究了威布尔分布在可靠性试验中的应用,得出利用该分布可以减少试验样本量。
