摘要
介绍以SnCl2为原料,乙醇为溶剂,HCl为催化物,用溶胶-凝胶法制备SnO2薄膜的研究结果.研究发现,制备的薄膜为非晶体结构.经热处理后,形成四方相的金红石结构.通过X射线衍射谱和扫描电子显微镜对样品的结构分析表明,随着退火温度的升高,薄膜的结晶程度逐渐提高、粒径逐渐增大;在溶剂中加入表面活性剂聚乙二醇后可以使薄膜表面形貌得到明显改善,晶粒分布变窄,空隙率大大增加,成为一种多孔结构.由于其比表面积大大增强,因而气敏特性会得到显著提高.
The method of fabricating nanometer SnO2 porous films is introduced, adopting SnCl2 as raw material, ethanol as solution, and HC1 as catalyst. It was found that the SnO2 thin films from Sol-Gel showed amorphous structure and convert to cubic rutile structure while annealed.
