摘要
管接头的密封性除了与结构材料的弹塑性有关外,还与预紧力、摩擦力、内压力等使用因素有关。在推导出球面与锥面接触的预紧力、正压力、摩擦力以及轴向下沉量之间的协调关系式之后,采用同时考虑材料和接触二类非线性耦合的有限元解法,求得了旋紧深度相对于密封带宽度和接触面密封压力之间的关系曲线,为管接头的设计和改进提供有用的数据。
Contacting seal of the pipe tie-in not only depend on the elastic-plastic properties of the materials,but also consider some factors such as preload,friction,inner pressure and so on.At the same time,nonlinear of material and contact are considered during the coupling iterative course,so increasing the difficulty of analysis.Calculation obtaining two group curves,the screwing depth-the sealing width and the screwing depth-the contacting pressure.So providing effective dates for the design and amelioration.
