一类大时滞过程内模预测控制系统整定

Tuning of IMPC system for the control of integration plus large dead time processes

摘要 带有大时滞的非自衡单容过程是一类常见的工业过程,也是比较难以控制的一类过程。针对积分加大时滞模型,采用了新型内模预测控制系统结构,给出了在希望的幅值和相角裕量下PI控制器参数的整定方法。设计例子与仿真结果表明,该整定方法具有良好的应用价值。 Integration plus large dead time processes are commonly encountered in industrial production,and it is quite difficult to control them on account of non-equilibrium and large dead time. In this paper, a novel internal model predictive control(IMPC) system structure is adopted and the controller tuning method is presented based on the expected gain and phase margin. Design instances and simulation results show that the presented controller tuning method is easy to be applied.
