摘要
高校图书馆欲在信息服务市场的竞争中应对挑战 ,必须构建自己的核心竞争力。本文分析了高校图书馆核心竞争力的构成要素及构建模型 ,对高校图书馆核心竞争力的途径与方法进行了探索与研究 ,提出了一些浅显的想法。
To face challenge in information service market ,collegial libraries mu st build their core competence.This paper analyses the elements of collegial lib raries'core competence;Then it explores and studies the way to the collegial lib raries'core competence .In the end,some advice on collegial libraries'core compe tence is proposed.
