摘要
于企业的性质问题 ,新制度经济学已经给出了许多解释 ,在这个基础上运用人际资本的观点分析企业的性质 ,提出企业是嵌入社会关系网络之中的。企业之所以会较为长久地存在下去 ,一方面是利用已有的社会关系网络 ,即人际关系资本 ;另一方面 ,企业自身的存在就是一个不断地使某种交易成本资本化为人际资本的过程 ,从某种意义上讲 ,企业在本质上就是利用、生成人际资本的过程。
On the problem of the quality of an enterprise, New Institutional Econ omics has delivered different interpretations. On the basis of that, this paper tries to analyze the nature of an enterprise with the viewpoint of the capital o f interpersonal relationship. It advances that an enterprise is embedded in the social relation nets. The reason that an enterprise can exist long in one aspec t is that it employed the existing social relation nets, viz. the capital of int erpersonal relationship. Another aspect is the existence of the enterprise itsel f is a continuous course of capitalizing a certain kind of deal cost into the ca pital of interpersonal relationship. In a sense, the nature of an enterprise is the course of employing and producing capital of interpersonal relationship.
