摘要
随着油田开发时间的延长 ,井下技术状况逐渐变差。以视频图像作为可视化测井技术 ,通过解决高温、高压、密封防护和视频信号无中继远距离传输等技术难题 ,成功开发了深井井底摄像测井系统 ,清晰地显示了井底状况。现场试验表明 ,该系统性能稳定 ,在 1 1 0℃、2 5MPa下正常工作长达 5h ,总体性能指标达到了设计要求。
With the development of the oilfield and casings in the bad environment of high temperature, it is necessary to study techniques of detecting casing for new well-logging systems. The new techniques and system can take important effect in maintaining the oil-water wells successfully, improving down-hole’s producing conditions and increasing overall economical benefits of the oilfield. By solving the key techniques of high-temperature resistance,high-pressure resistance,seal,and long-distance video signal transmission, we developed the down-hole optical well-logging system, it can show the situation of the down-hole clearly. In this paper , the key techniques and solutions of the system are analyzed in detail. The field test indicates that the video pictures of the down-hole are vivid. The system is running for 5 hours with 110 ℃,25 MPa ,general performances meet requirements of the system’s design.
