摘要
用环己烷作为连续相,Span80/OP10作为复合乳化剂,KPS-TMEDA作氧化还原引发剂,在室温通过反相乳液聚合法制备了黏均相对分子质量大于700万的丙烯酰胺(AM)与丙烯酸钾(AA-K)的稳定共聚物胶乳,并研究了聚合温度、引发剂浓度、单体浓度及配比对聚合物黏均相对分子质量的影响。反应条件:c(KPS)=1 7×10-3mol/L,c(monomer)=3 5~5 5mol/L,n(AA-K)/n(AM)=0 1,温度20~30℃较适宜。对聚合物胶乳的絮凝及泥浆的应用效果进行了评价,发现效果明显,应用方便。
The copolymer latex of acrylamide(AM) and potassium acrylate(AA-K) was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization using cyclohexane as the continuous phase,Span 80/OP 10 as the emulsifier and potassium persulfate/tetramethylenediamine(KPS-TMEDA) as the redox initiator.The copolymer latex with an average molecular weight higher than 7×10~6 was obtained at room temperature under the optimum reaction conditions V(cyclohexane)∶V(water)=2∶3,c(KPS)=1.7×10^(-3) mol/L,c(monomer)=3.5~5.5 mol/L,n(AA-K)/n(AM)=0.1 and reaction temperature 20~30 ℃.Flocculation test shows that the copolymer latex has good flocculation ability for the suspension system of bentonite.The apparent viscosity was increased by treating fresh water mud or salt water mud with the copolymer latex.
