摘要
目的 观察双侧阴部神经阻滞麻醉用于阴道分娩镇痛效果。方法 产妇宫口开全后将采用常规会阴处理的1 018例产妇分为对照组,采用双侧阴部神经阻滞麻醉的1 327例产妇分为观察组。比较两组镇痛效果、第二产程时间、拨露至胎头娩出时间、会阴完整、裂伤及侧切率。结果 上述各项除会阴裂伤率外,观察组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 双侧阴部神经阻滞麻醉镇痛效果好,可缩短第二产程,提高会阴完整率及降低侧切率,减轻产妇痛苦。
Objective To observed the analgesic effect of the bilateral blocking of pudendal nerves in vaginal delivery. Methods One thousand and eighty-one lying-in women who received routine perineum treatment after full cervix dilation served as controls and the experimental group included 1 327 lying-in women who were treated with the bilateral blocking of pudendal nerves. The analgesic effect, the time of the second stage of labor, time interval between head visible on vulval gapping and head delivery, intact perineum, perineal laceration and rate of lateral episiotomy of peri neum were compared between the two groups. Results Except for incidence of perineal laceration, the experimental group yielded significantly better results in terms of the above-mentioned measures as compared with the controls (P<0. 05,P<0. 01). Conclusion The bilateral blocking of pudendal nerves in vaginal delivery is effective, can shorten the second stage of labor, enhances the rate of the intact perineum and reduce the rate of lateral episiotomy thereby alleviating the pain of lying-in women.
