循序渐进健康教育对前列腺手术病人的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的 探讨循序渐进健康教育对前列腺手术病人术前焦虑及术后恢复的影响。方法将120例前列腺手术病人随机分为观察组(接受循序渐进健康教育)和对照组(仅接受常规健康教育)各60例,测定干预前后不同时间心率、血压,焦虑及其术后恢复的有关指标。结果 干预后观察组心率、血压,SAS评分,伤口疼痛、术后膀胱痉挛发生率等指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),术后首次排便时间亦明显提前(P<0.05)。结论 循序渐进健康教育在缓解病人术前焦虑和加速术后身体恢复等方面优于常规健康教育。 Objective To study the effect of gradually health education on the preoperative anxiety and postoperative recovery of the patients undergoing prostatectomy. Methods One hundred and twenty patients subject to prostatectomy were randomly divided into observation group (receiving gradually health education, n=60) and control group (accepting routine health education, n=60). Heart rate, blood pressure.preoperative anxiety and indexes related to postoperative recovery were monitored. Results The incidence of anxiety, heart rate, blood pressure at the evening before operation and postoperative pain, bladder spasm in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group (P<0. 01 or P<0. 05). Conclusion Gradually health education is superior to routine health education in reducing preoperative anxiety and accelerating postoperative recovery.
