京海Ⅰ号黄鸡DNA指纹中J带与体重的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用DNA指纹技术,以EAV(禽内源性反转录病毒片段)为探针,EcoR Ⅰ为限制性内切酶,检测京海Ⅰ号黄鸡DNA指纹中J带出现的频率以及与6个周龄体重之间的相关性。结果表明:EAV指纹图谱中,长度为3.5kb的条带J在京海Ⅰ号黄鸡中出现的频率为54.00%;条带J与鸡群8周龄、12周龄、18周龄、43周龄体重均呈显著负相关,无J带的鸡群平均体重高于有J带的鸡群。J带可作为京海Ⅰ号黄鸡增重的遗传标记进行标记辅助选择。 DNA fingerprinting procedure was carried out with Jinghai I chickens used as experimental animal.The effects of band J on weight was analysed by DNA fingerprinting with endogenous avian virus(EAV)used as the probe and EcoR I used as the restrictive enzyme.The results demonstrated the frequency of band J in Jinghai I chickens was 54.00% and band J had significant influence on 8,12,18 and 43-week weight,respectively.The weight of chickens without band J was higher than those with band J.Marker-assisted selection (MAS)can be carried out with band J used as the genetic marker on Jinghai Ⅰ chickens.
