多层螺旋CT评价脊柱骨折:不同后处理方法的对比 被引量:9

摘要 目的 比较多层螺旋CT(MSCT)不同后处理方法显示脊柱骨折的能力。方法  2 8例椎体外伤骨折的患者应用GELightspeedUltra多层螺旋CT机进行检查 ,并将数据传至专门工作站 ,行多平面重组 (MPR)、容积重建 (VR)及仿真椎管镜 (VEVC)处理。结果 各种后处理方法中 ,MPR图像可清楚显示骨折线的走行及移位 ,但不能显示三维空间关系 ,VR图像可准确显示表面骨结构的空间改变 ,但对细小无移位的骨折线显示不佳 ,切割后的VR图像及VEVC图像显示椎管内骨碎片空间关系及骨折线情况各具优势。结论 多层螺旋CT显示脊柱骨折的三种后处理方法各具优势 ,相互补充 ,三者结合观察 。 Objective To compare the ability of MSCT different postprocessing modes on spine fracture. Methods 28 cases of spine fracture were scanned by MSCT. The data were transferred to the special workstation and postprocessed with multiple planar reformatting(MPR), volume rendering(VR) and virtual endoscopy of vertebral canal(VEVC). Results MPR is superior in displaying alignment and displacement of fracture, but space change can not be displayed. VR is accurate in displaying space change of bone structures, but small fractures can not be estimated. VR after cutting and VEVC possess different advantages on showing 3D bone fragments and alignments of fracture. Conclusion Three different postprocessing modes of MSCT on spine fracture have their own advantages. A combination of the three methods will be helpful for the clinician to adopt the optimal management.
