摘要
对威赛克(Wijcik)与嘎拉(Gala)杂交后代的植株类型及果实的成熟期、大小、形状、色泽、风味和质地的研究结果表明,威赛克与嘎拉正反交组合中,杂交后代植株柱型株型符合1∶1的分离比例,亲本成熟期具有较强的遗传力,果实大小大多数倾向于亲本类型,果形大多数表现为圆锥形,亲本果面片红遗传力较强,果实风味遗传变异较大且分离较广泛,果实质地表现为双亲型和中间型,以中间型的比例较高。
The genetic characters of the hybrids derived from the cross between 'Wijcik' and 'Gala', including the tree type, fruit ripening date, fruit size, fruit shape, fruit flavor and fruit texture, were analyzed. The results showed that the tree type segregation ratio of the hybrids of the reciprocal cross between 'Wijcik' and 'Gala' was 1:1. The heritability of the parents' fruit ripening dates was strong. The inheritance of the fruit size of the hybrids more tended to be similar to their parents. The fruit shapes of most hybrids were more conical. The heritability of the blush color on the fruit surface of the parents was strong. Genetic variation of the fruit flavor was relatively large with a wide segregation. The inheritance of the fruit texture of the hybrids showed amphilepsis or mid-parent type, the latter of which had a higher ratio.
