摘要
以项目风险管理为研究对象,建立了项目风险管理系统模型。应用层次分析法对项目进行了风险评估,应用等风险图法对项目主要风险进行了具体分析,并制定了相应的风险控制措施,取得了成效。项目的实际运行验证了该模型的适用性、可行性。
Project risk management is studied with the establishment of system modeling of risk management. The AHP is applied in risk evaluation. The contour map of risks is used in risk analysis. The available measurements are applied in risk control. The method is used in projects of automobile engineering lab building. The applicability and feasibility of the system modeling is validated through practice.
