摘要
为适应培养现代高素质医学人才的需要 ,我们从完善各种教学制度、改革教学方法、教学内容及采用现代化教学手段等方面进行了积极的探索 ,并总结了如何才能提高外科见习教学质量 ,提高学生综合素质和临床实践能力的具体做法。
To meet the demand of training medical doctor with high diathesis. We explored and innovated our previous teaching methods,which included consummating the teaching systems, innovating the teaching methods and content,applicating the morden teaching systems. We concluded the managements how to improve the teaching quality ,the comprehensive diathesis and the ability of clinical practicing.
