摘要
经济时代给广大高校知识女性带来了发展契机,观念的更新、广阔社会空间的提供为妇女全面提高素质创造了条件,同时它也向知识女性提出了严峻挑战:传统的束缚、自身生理和心理的制约等限制了女性的全面发展。文章分析了知识女性可持续发展的障碍,并就帮助、鼓励和支持女性得到可持续发展提出了若干对策。
The economic age brings to college women intellectuals good opportunities for further development—they are provided with new concepts and free social space for improvement of all-round qualities, while it also brings new challenges—they are restricted from all-round development owing to traditional trammels and their physical and psychological conditions. The article analyses the barrier to the sustainable development of college women intellectuals and puts forward countermeasures
