摘要
文化相对主义在比较文学中的渗透既促进了比较文学的发展 ,也带给比较文学若干问题。这种悖论性处境体现在比较文学的原理方面 ,是承认异质文化的差异又凸现了它们之间的对立 ;在方法论方面则是消解了中心论却否定了客观性 ;在话语权力方面则是强化了本民族话语意识却又显示出弱势话语无法抗拒强势话语的窘境。对这种悖论性处境的科学分析 ,是推动比较文学向前发展的必不可少的工作。
Cultural relativism in comparative literature has promoted the development of comparative literature, but also brought about problems. While it advocates conciliation between different culture, it also has to admit conflicts. Similarly, while trying to avoid domination in methodology, it loses objectivity in cultural research.. As far as the power relationship in discourse is concerned, cultural relativism advocate native discourse consciousness, but has to face the realistic situation of their marginality.Thus, adequate analysis of such dilemmas and proposition of solutions are indispensable to the development of comparative literature research.
