On the theoretical system construction of IT project risk management

摘要 文章论证了 IT项目风险管理与所基于的计算机科学、管理学和经济学中各相关学科的关系 ,回顾与分析了 Boehm、Charette和 SEI3种典型软件项目风险管理体系 ,接着从方法论角度阐明了学科思想、学科体系设计机理和设计准则 ,最后构建了全面 In this paper, the relations between IT project risk management and its related disciplines such as computer science, management, and economics are discussed firstly. Then three typical risk management systems, namely Boehm, Charette, and SEI are reviewed and analyzed. Finally from the methodological point of view, the thoughts of the disciplines and the designing mechanism and rules of the discipline systems are expounded, and the IT project risk management system is constructed in an all round way.
