摘要 海洋集束管道(以下称"管束")系统由承载管、护套管和输油管线组成.该系统提供了一种创新的油田内部油气输送的解决方案.由于其自身的特点,管束比传统的单壁管道有若干优势,尤其对有多根油气管线和高保温要求的情况下受益更大.主要的好处包括优异的保温性能,以利防止结蜡和水化物生成;多根出油管线其机械和腐蚀保护;安装简单及费用低廉;重复使用性等等.随着中国近海油气工业的发展,从浅水区到深水区,越来越多的碳氢化合物资源被勘探和发现.管束系统在某些情况下可以成为一种既安全又经济的精明解决方案.本文的目的是综述管束技术、提出详细工程设计中的问题和解决方法.重点是它在中国近海油田内部输送中的潜在应用.着重介绍了管束系统的设计原则和方法.本文的姐妹篇则专注于管速系统的建造和安装.在本文最后用一个例子展示了管束系统的概念和应用.
