摘要
以水杨醛和乙酸酐为原料,无水氟化钾为催化剂,在微波辐射下合成香豆素,当水杨醛:乙酸酐:氟化钾=0.1:0.32:0.18时,采用480W微波辐射10 min。香豆素产率可达91%以上,较传统方法有反应时间短、产率高的特点。
The synthesis of coumarin is performed by salicylal and acetic anhydride under microwave irradiation and the reaction is catalysised by dry potassium fluoride. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows; 0. 1 mol salicylal, 0. 32 mol acetic anhydride, 0. 18 mol dry potassium fluoride, 480 W microwave power and 10 min microwave irradiaition. The yield of coumarin reachs 91%. Comparised with habitual method, the time is shorter and the yield is higher through this method.
