摘要
采用化学强化一级工艺处理武汉城市污水(BOD5一般低于100mg L),可在较低的运行费用条件下去除污水中较多的污染物质。在规模为3.5×104m3 d的生产性试验中,气动反应时间为10min,沉淀时间为50min,有机助凝剂(M1011)投量为0.15mg L,进水污染物高、中、低浓度的PAC投量分别为50、40、25mg L时,可取得良好的处理效果:出水SS<30mg L,COD<85mg L,BOD5<30mg L(进水BOD5≤75mg L),对TP的平均去除率为67.3%。
Use of chemically enhanced primary treatment of urban wastewater (BOD5<100 mg/L) could result in more contaminants removal from wastewater at low operating cost.In full-scale test on the plant with capacity of 3.5×10~4 m^3/d,the period of aerodynamic reaction and settling period was controlled respectively at 10 min and 50 min,dosage of organic coagulation aid (M1011) was 0.15 mg/L,and PAC dosage was 50,40,and 25 mg/L respectively for high,medium,and low concentration of influent contaminants,desirable treatment efficiency could be obtained,with SS<30 mg/L,COD<85 mg/L,BOD5<30 mg/L(influent BOD5≤75 mg/L) achieved,and average TP removal rate is 67.3%.
