摘要
针对多数制造车间中不同档次和型号数控设备通信能力存在较大差异的现状,构建一个基于RS—485标准接口的集成DNC系统通信网络。分析异构数控设备的通信特点,设计了不同数控系统链入RS—485网络的通信方法,并设计相应的通信程序。
An integrated DNC communication network is set up based on RS-485, for in many manufacturing
workshop, communication capacity of different kinds of NC equipment differs a lot. Communication character-
istic of hetero-structure NC equipment is analyzed, communication way of linking different NC system into RS-
485 network is designed, and relevant communication program is developed.
