摘要
学风建设是一项复杂的系统工程。加强学风建设,应调动全校师生员工的积极性,树立“以人为本”、“以学生为本”的思想,建立教与学、师与生互动模式;应以教学为“龙头”,以教改为动力,重视学生非智力品格的培养。
The construction of the style of study is a complex systematic engineering. In order to strengthen the construction of the style of study in colleges anduniversities, staff and students' enthusiasm must be mobilized to set up a 'people-oriented' and 'student-oriented' thought, to establish a pattern in which the teachers interact with students in teaching and study. Teaching should be taken as the lead, the teaching reform should be taken as impetus, and much attention should be paid to the training of the students' non-intellectual characters.
