摘要
阐述了阳泉矿通过资本运营,依靠组建联办矿山,实现国有老矿山低成本扩张和可持续发展的科学做法,提出了矿山可持续发展的新思路。
Through capital operation and depending on the build-up of jointly-operated mine, Yangquan Mine as one of state-owned old mines realized low cost expansion and sustainable development. This paper expounded the scientific ways adopted by the mine for its development and presented some new ideas for sustainable development of mines.
