摘要
对芍药嫩茎进行组织培养,外植体在 MS+BA3.5mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂6g/L培养基上很容易形成愈伤组织,进一步诱导可形成不定芽,表明该培养基是芍药嫩茎的最佳启动培养基。
(MS+BA3.5 mg/L+sugar30 g/L+agar6 g/L)would induce the tender stem tip of paeonia zocifora Pall to develop easily callous,to develop further adventitious bud,which is regarded as the optimum start-culture medium in the paper.
