摘要
目的 测定人肝癌 SMMC- 772 1裸小鼠模型经中药“99- Star”治疗后肿瘤出现坏死灶的面积。 方法 于裸小鼠背部移植肝癌中注射“99- Star”中药组 11只 ,注射酒精组 3只和注射生理盐水组 4只。每隔 5 d注射一次 ,每次剂量 0 .1m L ,第 2 0天处死动物。 结果 各实验组裸小鼠移植癌均有不同程度坏死 ,经统计学处理各组之间坏死面积无明显差别。 结论 中药“99- Star”
Objective\ To detected the necrosis area of transplantable human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) model in node mice(SMMC7721) treated with Chinese herbs '99\|Star'.\ Methods\ 11 of HCC SMMC\|7721 were treated with '99\|Star' by intratumor injection, 3 with ethanod and 4 with normal saline.\ Results\ All groups of this report appeared necrosis of the transplantable HCC model node mice.\ In each other group, there were no difference in statistics.\ Conclusion\ '99\|Star' may be as efficient medicine for treatm...
