摘要
在市场经济条件下,高职高专院校与企业一样面临激烈的竞争,一样具有培养核心竞争力的内在要求,高职高专院校必须充分认识构建核心竞争力的必要性,正确把握构建核心竞争力的原则,并从自身的实际出发,选择恰当的构建核心竞争力的策略,形成核心竞争力,从而取得竞争优势。
In the case of market economy, senior vocational schools like enterprises have the same intense competition and the same requirements for building a core competitive force. Senior vocational school must think it necessary to construct a core competitive force, correctly apply the principle of constructing the force and select reasonably the strategy and form the force so as to win the superiority of competition.
