摘要
目前 ,我国旅游景区管理没有得到应有的重视 ,人才缺乏是根本。针对这种情况 ,本文首次提出通过推行旅游景区管理人员职业资格证书来促进景区管理理论和实践管理 ,提高旅游景区管理人员的素质 ,并对推行此项措施的必要性、手段等方面做了详尽的论证。
Currently,little attention has been given to the administration of scenic spots.Obviously,the root cause lies in the shortage of qualified professionals.The present paper accordingly puts forward the practice of vocational qualification certificate for the administrative personnel of our scenic spots to promote the theoretical research on the aspect of tourism and improve the quality of scenic-spot administrators,besides,the paper also discusses in detail the necessity of this measure and its implementation...
