摘要
中国旅游教育发展在近 2 0年发展历程中 ,存在着供需错位的现象 ,在旅游教育的数量与质量方面均与旅游发展存在一定的距离。如何改变这一现象 ,广州大学中法旅游学院进行了有益的探索 ,以改革国际合作办学模式 ,创立整合型的国际合作办学模式为切入点 ,对旅游高等教育进行改革 ,提升旅游高等教育水平。
In the past twenty years of the development of China s tourism education,there has been some problems,such as displacement of the relationship between supply and demand,certain gap between quantity,quality and tourism development.How to change the situation? Sino-French Tourism College,Guangzhou University has made some explorations. It seeks to reform the model of international cooperative school-running, create an integrated model so as to reform higher tourism education and upgrade its level.
