摘要
目的:探讨眶上锁孔入路的最佳方法。方法:分析和总结39例眶上锁孔手术的开颅过程与手术效果。结果:经眉弓切口眶上锁孔手术的39例患者,均保留了眶上神经、血管;通过该切口可获得较理想的锁孔并可提供足够的颅内外显微外科操作空间。结论:这种开颅方法创伤较小,可适用微创外科手术。
Objective:To study the methods of craniotomy via supraorbital keyhole approach.Methods:The process and effect were studied about supraorbital approach to 39 patients.Results:None of supraorbital nerves and vessels of 39 patients was injuried.Enough extra-and intra-cranical space can provided to operate via orbital roof approach about microsurgery.Conclusion:Less disutility and better effect can be gained by using the method than by using others about micro-invasive neurosurgery.
