摘要
2006年7月我院对护理专业应届毕业生开展了护士规范化培训。通过培训,学员掌握了丰富的理论知识、规范化和程序化的护理操作技术,感受到人文关怀,综合素质得到全面提高。
Our hospital developed the normalization training of nurses in the graduates of nursing in the July,2006.Through the training,the students got the affluent theory knowledge and normalization and sequencing nursing practice skill,felt the humanlized care,and the integrated diathesis was elevated completely.
