摘要
运用运动生物力学理论和实验研究方法,对跳远运动员起跳的肌肉活动生物力学特性进行研究。研究结果表明,起跳初始阶段起跳腿髋关节产生较大的伸髋肌力矩,髋关节伸肌群的离心工作能力对起跳非常重要;膝关节屈肌群(股后肌群)膝关节屈肌群的主动收缩能力对起跳和避免股后肌群的损伤具有十分重要的作用。起跳腿髋、膝、踝关节肌力矩大小和肌力矩峰值与重心腾起速度关系密切。起跳脚足底压力中心变化与重心腾起速度存在非常显著的负相关关系,应加强踝关节周围肌肉群力量训练和韧带的牢固程度,以增强起跳脚支撑的稳定性,提高起跳作用的效果。
In this paper,the long jumpers muscles characteristics of take-off were analyzed by the methods of biomechanics theory and experiment research.The results indicated that the larger extension moment of hip emerged in earlier take-off phase.The ability of fast eccentric contraction of hip was important to take-off.The ability of concentric contraction of knee s extensors played a very important part for getting a good effect and avoiding injury.The peak moments of hip,knee and ankle have close relationships ...
