摘要
在当今西方各国的行政改革过程中,绩效管理已演变成各国实施政府再造和改进政府管理的一个行之有效的工具。目前,加强绩效管理已成为我国政府加强自身建设的一个重要方面。在我国行政改革中,认真研究发达国家的有关经验,借鉴发达国家政府绩效管理的理念和方法,并结合自身实际加以创新,有助于提高我国政府公共服务的质量。
