还脑益聪方对老年痴呆大鼠学习记忆、海马组织形态学及血液流变学改变的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Huannaoyicong Prescription to AD Rat in Ethology,Hippocamp Tissue Pathomorphology and Blood Rheology

摘要 目的探讨还脑益聪方对老年痴呆(AD)大鼠行为学、海马组织病理形态学及血液流变学的影响。方法采用D-半乳糖老年痴呆大鼠模型,分还脑益聪方大、小剂量治疗组、脑复康对照组、老年大鼠模型组和青年大鼠、老年大鼠两个空白对照组,检测大鼠行为学、海马组织病理形态学及血液流变学指标的改变。结果还脑益聪方能明显缩短AD大鼠寻台时间和寻台路线,改善其海马组织的病理改变,减轻海马区神经元损伤,改善血液流变学指标,与老年模型组相比,差异显著(P<0.01或0.05)。结论还脑益聪方具有较好的治疗AD作用,其机制可能与改善血液流变学指标有关。 Objective To study effect of Huannaoyicong prescription to AD rat in ethology,hippocamp tissue pathomorphology and blood rheology.Methods The D-galactose AD rat model was applied,and the rats were divided to high and low Huannaoyicong prescription treating group,Piracetam control group,aging rat model group, young rat blank group and aging rat blank group.Index change of ethology, hippocamp tissue pathomorphology and blood rheology were tested.Results Time and distance of AD rats look for platform were shor...
