摘要
本文介绍该院实行综合目标管理责任制 5年的实践 ,证明了目标管理能够引导医院确立正确的发展方向 ;建立、健全高效的医院管理机制 ;加快学科建设步伐 ;提高卫勤保障能力 ;增强医院的凝聚力 。
The author introduced the 5 year practice of the comprehensive management by objectives in the hospital, proved the fact that the management by objectives can lead the hospital to the correct development, constructed and improved the effective hospital management mechanism, developed the subject construction, strengthened the ability of the medical support, enhanced the cohesiveness of the hospital, promoted the overall construction of the hospital.
