综合性大医院学科分科细 ,医师定科早 ,而收治范围以疑难危重病为主 ,使其全科医师培训尤为必要和紧迫。通过对分科前轮训、分科后轮转、定期定向交流等措施 。
It is necessary and pressing for the training of the general practitioner in all around hospital, because of the early distribution department and much of department setting. In this article, the author introduced their discussing and practice about the training of the general practitioner, through the train before setting, on duty and apraising after the patient treatment.
