摘要
在离心场下对硅酸锆超微粉进行湿法分级。研究表明,分散是分级的前提,力场的设计是分级的关键。使用复合分散剂的效果要优 于单一分散剂,分散剂BYK-190与SDBS(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)在加量为0.8%时分散效果最好。通过调整转速和分级时间,在离心场下可 以对硅酸锆超微粉实现D50:0.3μm的分级,分级精度能达到0.6以上。
Wet classification ZrSiO3 superfine powder in centrifugal force was studied. The effect shows that in the classification dispersion is the premise , and power design is the key . The effect of dispersion of the combine dispersing agent is better than the single one, the effect of adding 0.8% Byk - 190(a high polymer disperse agent) and SDBS(sodium dodecyl benzene sulphonate) is the best. The DSD = 0.3 [im of ZrSO3 superfine powder can be classified through adjust to the velocity of rotation and the time for classification. The precison of classification is over 0.6.
