摘要
随着世界经济一体化与市场全球化日益加深 ,企业间的竞争不断升级 ,企业的成长状况愈来愈受到相关各方的密切关注。本文将定量指标与定性指标、财务指标与非财务指标相结合 ,提出了由基础层、核心层、外围层构成的三位一体的企业成长性评价指标体系框架 ,基础层为安全性评价指标 ,核心层为前瞻性评价指标 ,外围层为相关者利益评价指标 。
The deepening integration and globalization of world market fuels competition between corporations, whose growth has attracted increasing attention of those concerned. In order to insure sustainable growth of corporations, a triune evaluating index framework is advanced which combines quantitative indexes with qualitative ones, and financial indexes with non-financial ones. It is a framework in which security index serves as a foundation, preceding index as the kernel, and correlative benefit index the periphery.
