摘要
把工业化和信息化结合起来 ,以工业化作为信息化的载体 ,用信息化带动工业化 ,将信息技术融入企业价值链的每一个环节 ,以实现经济跨越式的发展 ,是我国的传统产业获取显著而持久的竞争优势的必由之路。通过对信息化和企业价值链内涵、关系及影响的分析 ,提出了企业利用信息化 ,重构企业价值链以获取竞争优势的有效途径 ,从而为促进我国企业重构和组织创新提供了有益的参考。
The only way for the traditional industries in China to obtain remarkable and enduring advantages in competition is to combine industrialization with information, to take industrialization as the carrier of information, which in turn promotes the former, and to merge the information technologies into each link of the value chain so as to make great strides in the economy development. According to analysis of the concepts of information and value chain, their relationships as well as their influence, puts forward an effective way to obtain advantages in competition for enterprises by utilizing information and reconstructing the value chains, which provides some beneficial references for accelerating the reconstruction of our enterprises' and their innovation as well.
