摘要
激光干涉动态角度测量中如何建立一个固定不丢失的零点是动态整周角度测量中的一个关键问题。本文针对所研制的光栅楔形平板干涉动态角度测量系统,提出了一种新的干涉指零仪,基于泰曼-格林型双光束干涉的基本原理,采用道威双棱镜作为分光镜,用光电元件接收干涉信号。由于采用双光束干涉测量原理,该方法定位精度较高,而且可以自动确定动态测量的零点,操作方便。实验表明,定位精度优于0.5”。
The primary technique in dynamic angle measurement system is the determination of an unchanged and fixed zero-point. For the developed dynamic angle measurement system with grating wedge plate interfer-ometry, a new interferential null-indicator is introduced. The principle is based on the two-beam interferometer of Twaiman-Green type, in which a Dowe biprism is used as a beam-splitter prism and a photo-electric element as receiver which get the interference signal automatically. The locating accuracy of this method is rather high, and dynamic measurement can be realized at the same time. The operation of this system is very simple. Experiments show that the accuracy of this system is better than 0. 5'.
