摘要
采用先进的挤压工艺,将米糠原料(果皮、种皮、米胚、糊粉层的混合物)加工成米糠营养素,不仅方便食用,而且也适合食品工业作天然营养食品添加剂使用。本工艺一方面可以获得米糠的增值利用,另一方面米糠营养素的丰富营养成分对日益增多的现代病具有辅助治疗作用,而且通过营养分析,探讨米糠营养素的对人体功能作用的机理。
Rice bran nutritive elements was made of rice bran material by using advance extruding technology. It is easy to eat, and fit for food industry as a natural and nutritive food additive. The increment of benefit in rice bran was taken out and the rich nutrition in rice bran nutritive elements have some effects of improving increase in the modern disease. This paper also discussed why rice bran nutritive elements benefit health by nutrition analysis.
