摘要
本文通过对国有企业四百多名知识型员工的调查与分析 ,找出了当前国有企业知识型员工激励机制存在的主要问题和知识型员工的需求特征 ,从而有针对性地提出了改进国有企业知识型员工激励机制的基本原则和基本方法。
The present writer, through a great number of data from the over 400 intellectual based employees in the state enterprises, has discovered the principal problems about the encouragement mechanism and the features of the demanding of intellectual based employees. The writer gives the basic principles and the ways of improving the encouragement mechanism in state owned enterprises.
