摘要
为了从目标二维像中获得有关目标更为丰富的信息,本文给出了目标二维像衰减指数(DE)模型和基于几何绕射理论(GTD)的参数化散射模型,推导了DE模型与GTD模型中表征散射中心参量之间的关系,并对2种模型进行了比较.最后给出了GTD模型中各参量估计的克拉美-罗限.
Damped exponential model and parametric scattering model based on the geometric theory of diffraction (GTD) are given. The relationship of the parameters between two models is established and comparison of them is introduced. At last we characterize feature uncertainty of the GTD model with statistical analysis of parameter variance as a function of system parameters.
