摘要
本文提出了现代技术条件下军用雷达接收机保护技术发展的新需求 ,探讨了HPM短脉冲雷达接收机保护装置的组成原则 ;研究了空间隔离设计和接收机前端限幅控制电路的设计方法以及HPM短脉冲雷达接收机保护装置的系统结构 ;对接收机前端限幅控制电路的性能进行了实验分析 ,指出采用常断PIN开关限幅控制电路是解决雷达接收机响应速度指标问题的一个有效途径。
The new demand of military radar receiver protection technique under the modern technical condition is given and the composing principle of HPM short pulse radar receiver protection device is provided in this paper. The design method of spacial isolation and receiver front end amplitude limiting controlled circuit and their system structure are also studied, then the experimental analysis is given. The conclusion that utilizing the sustained opening PIN switch can be one of the efficient way to solve the problem of receiver protection device′s response speed is presented.
