摘要
对番茄红素提取过程的影响因素如:温度、pH值、提取时间、溶剂量进行了研究,初步确定了较优的溶剂及最佳工艺条件.用(34)正交表设计了实验,优化了以丙酮、正己烷、氯仿为溶剂的最佳提取条件.结果表明:丙酮作为溶剂时提取效果最好,其最佳工艺条件为:pH值为6、温度45℃、时间为3 h、溶剂量为1∶10(番茄粉末质量 g∶溶剂体积 mL).
The effect of different temperature,pH,time and solvent am ount on the extraction of lycopene was studied. The experiments were d esigned to optimize the extracting conditions by orthogonal layout(34 ) using acetone,normal hexane,chloroform. The results show that acet one is the best extracting solvent and the best technology conditions are:pH 6,temperature 45℃,ratio 1:10(sample g:acetone mL)and ex tracting period of time 3 hours.
