摘要
目的 :总结治疗与护理新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)高压氧治疗的效果。方法 :将HIE 78例随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,通过对入高压氧舱前、中、后的观察与护理 ,判定疗效。结果 :治疗组疗效显著。结论 :高压氧治疗HIE能提高疗效 ,治疗越早 ,效果越好。但新生儿反应差 ,病情变化快 ,因此 ,需专人护理 ,密切观察病情变化。
Objective: To investigate for the result about hyper baric oxygen therapy of new born hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Method: 78 cases had been divided randomly into two groups,treatment group and control group.We had undergone clinical observation and nursing before,during,after oxygen treatment,then analyzed result.Result: Treatment group show better result.Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve treatment result.the sooner,the better.In the meantime we should take close observation for condition change.
