摘要
目前在高校体育改革与发展中，存在着许多亟待解决的理论与实践的热点问题。着重从体育在高校教育目标中的地位，当前人们体育思想观念转变发展的趋势和高校体育学科的建设这三个问题，并结合当前的一些新思想、新观念进行简单的分析与探讨，希望这些问题在改革的进程中能引起同仁们充分的重视。
It is among the developing and reform of physical education that have exist a number of a topical subject on theory and practice, which have to be settled urgently in the colleges and universities. This paper mainly discusses position of physical in the teaching aim, the tendency of thought transforming, and the built of discipline of physical education This paper also analyzes with the combination some new idea and new thought. I wish these problems would be taken into consideration in the course of reforms.
