摘要 文章阐述了由传统的金工实习向现代工程训练层次转变的必要性 ,着重分析了实现这一转变的主要途径 ,即 :尽快建设校内现代工程训练基地 ,为学生营造一个良好的实践教学环境 ;精选常规工艺实习内容 ,保证基本操作技能训练 ;增加“三新”教学内容 ,强化现代制造技术训练 ,注重创新意识教育 ,开展创新综合训练。 In this paper, the necessity of advancing traditional metalworking practice to the level of modern engineering training is first provided, and the main ways to implementing this transition is analysed emphatically as follows. First, modern engineering training base should be constructed inside campus as soon as possible so as to create a good practical education environment for students. Secondly, regular technological practice content should be carefully chosen to ensure the training of basic operational skill. Thirdly, education about new material, new skill and new technology should be supplemented, training of modern manufacture skill should be strenghened, education about innovation concept should be attached more importance to, and comprehensive training on innovation making should be developed.
