摘要
以烯丙基异硫氰酸酯和氨基硫脲为原料制得硫脲类化合物(Ⅰ),Ⅰ进一步与α-卤代芳酮环化,合成了6种未见文献报道的硫脲衍生物(Ⅲ),其结构经红外光谱、元素分析得到确认.
A convenient synthesis of six new amino thiourea derivatives(Ⅲ) using allyl isothiocyanat and amino thiourea as precursors,via the reaction of cyclization with α-halogenoarone,was achieved and the structures of Ⅲ were confirmed by IR and elemental analysis.
