摘要
研究了高周循环螺栓小疲劳裂纹形成和扩展的过程,讨论了结构钢制造螺栓时热轧和调质状态的应力情况,得出了小裂纹尺寸与应力强度因子幅值ΔK的关系式、疲劳裂纹扩展速度dl/dN和扩展寿命N_p的计算式。
The paper studied the process of the small fatigue cracking formation and expansion for the high circulated bolt and discussed the stressed conditions of the hot rolling and quality adjustment during the bolt made from the structural carbon steel. A relationship formu- la between the small cracking size and the stress strength divisor amplitudeΔK and the calculation formula between the fatigue cracking expansion speed dl/dN and the expended service time N_p were obtained from the study.
